I think it is a very active application

Please add audio to the phrases, then it will be perfect!

This + version is bigger and better, it have a lots of more words for you to choose, very helpful when youre stuck with a french and you cant speak any french, categories are extremely helpful when it can just filter out and focus the words youre searching for.

good to have this free ap on my iphone, 300 essential phrases organized in 8 categories is very useful feature here in this app, nice to download a kind of app like this

Love this app, as i want to learn the language enough to get by. I visit france every couple of years. Some things to add, control of voice speed. The normal conversational speed is nice when playing back for someone french, but to try and learn the pronounciation, sometimes the vocals are too fast. And maybe word by word selection so i can hear words individually. Great job tho. Love it

Voice is a little tinny sounding on my IPhone 4S. Also no tools s for adjusting pronunciation speed. With tinny sound and rapid pronunciation it makes it difficult to understand some phrases.

This is basically a speaking phrase book. What I like about it is; 1. The phrases are organized by subject in tabs at the bottom of your phone. Easy to see in a hurry. 2. The phrases are all laid out on one page. No searching needed. 3. You can add your own notes on almost every page. (Every page would be great) 4. When you touch the phrase it showed the French spelling at the top of the page and a real person speaks the phrase. No computer voice! I agree with other people that speed control would be great for learning purposes. After all, I dont plan on using my phone to speak for me. The developers have really captured the essential phrases needed for travel to a French speaking country.
